Alila Napa Valley is a luxury boutique resort nestled in the heart of California wine country and proudly recognized as a Forbes Four-Star property. We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Room Attendant to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. This position plays a key role in ensuring each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $27.30

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish amenities and linens according to Forbes luxury standards Perform evening turndown service, including refreshing towels, tidying the room, and preparing the bed for the night Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism, warmth, and discretion Greet guests in a courteous manner if present in the room and accommodate reasonable requests Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the appropriate departments Uphold all cleanliness and safety standards, following property procedures and guidelines

Responsabilidades:

Limpiar y mantener las habitaciones de los huéspedes, incluyendo tender camas, quitar el polvo, aspirar y sanitizar baños

Reponer amenidades y ropa de cama de acuerdo con los estándares de lujo Forbes

Realizar el servicio nocturno (turndown), incluyendo refrescar toallas, ordenar la habitación y preparar la cama para la noche

Anticipar y responder a las necesidades de los huéspedes con profesionalismo, calidez y discreción

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury or Forbes-rated hotel preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and guest-focused mindset Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely

Calificaciones:

Experiencia previa en housekeeping en un hotel de lujo o con clasificación Forbes, preferida
